Accessing our Alternative Education Provision

We kindly ask that you complete this form as fully as possible in order for us to effectively triage your enquiry. Our Alternative Education Provision pathway requires the professional making the enquiry for support to secure funding. Funding sources might include:

  • EHCP funding

  • School funding including via the Local Authority Alternative Education Provision

  • Local Authority Funding

  • Virtual School Funding

Before submitting the form, please ensure that you have consent for the person/family you are requesting support on behalf of.

Kindly note:

  • Our therapeutic educational support is for children who have experienced trauma in and around education.

  • Our alternative education provision is delivered at our site in Histon. In some cases, it is possible that we may be able to provide some support in the home, or in a local community centre, or school.
