Polly (MBA, CMgr FCMI) has dedicated her work to making a different to people through connection, and is passionate about addressing issues of inequality. She is currently Domus Bursar (COO) for King's College, Cambridge, where she leads the operation for this internationally iconic institution. Polly is currently working on the masterplan for the College as well as leading their drive to net-zero, whole-College approach to welfare and strategic financial turn-around. Prior to this Polly worked for the National Trust for nearly a decade, leading some of the charity's busiest and most complex sites. Polly started her career as a Theatre Producer working across many disciplines including new writing, musical theatre, and opera across the UK and USA. Polly joined Cambridge Acorn Project in 2025.
