Accessing panoramic support if you are a professional

Please note that submitting this form is considered only as an enquiry. We will use the information provided to undertake a triage process to establish whether we are able to accept a referral and provide services.

We kindly ask that you complete this form as fully as possible in order for us to effectively triage your enquiry. Since we are frequently grant funded, we ask you to please share any known funding possibilities to support the child or young person, for example, School Funding, Pupil Premium (and Pupil Premium Plus), EHCPs, local authority funding or any other known funding possibilities.

Before submitting the form, please ensure that you have consent for the person/family you are requesting support on behalf of.

Please note:

  • Our Panoramic Support is for children and families who have experienced abuse and neglect and are facing financial hardship. If parents/carers are able to afford private services, we will be unable to accept the referral, as we do not offer private services and cannot charge parents/carers directly for our work.

  • For Letting The Future In, an enquiry can be submitted for any child who has experienced sexual abuse, whether they are living in financial hardship or not.

  • We do not operate in Fenland or Peterborough, so if the child/family you are requesting support for lives in those areas, unfortunately, we won't be able to accept the referral. If the case is out of area, we’ll be happy to signpost you elsewhere or provide further information about other available services. In that case, please do not submit this form; instead, email us at info@cambridgeacornproject.org.uk

  • Even if we are unable to accept the referral for support, the family is still welcome to visit one of our Community Wellbeing Hubs. These operate during term time only and no appointment is needed.

Please only submit this form if the family is facing financial hardship (this does not apply for Letting The Future In), they have experienced abuse and/or neglect, are within our catchment area, and you have consent to request support and share information on their behalf.
